Hary Tanoesoedibjo
Mr. Tanoesoedibjo, as the Chairman of board since April 2008. He is the group CEO of MNC since March 2004. He is the founding shareholder and Group Executive Chairman of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk since 1989. Currently, he holds positions in several other companies, including as Group President & CEO of PT Global Mediacom TBK Since 2002, President Director of RCTI since 2003, Commissioner of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk since 2004, President Commissioner of PT MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) since 2006, and many other companies within Mediacom Group and Bhakti Investama Group. He has also served as the General Treasurer of National Sports Committee (KONI) and has spoken at various seminars as well as lectured at post graduate programs in various universities for subjects on corporate finance, investments, and strategic management. With his background as a prominent investment banker, he developed MNC's business model as it is today and led various major acquisitions and restructurings, including the acquisitions of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, RCTI, and TPI as well as the development of the print and content business within MNC and the formation of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk involving a series of complicated acquisitions and restructurings。 He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1988 and a MBA degree from Ottawa University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1989.

Felix Ali Chendra
Mr. Chendra is appointed as nomination and compensation committee of the Company's Board in April 2008. He has and holds various positions as members of the Board of Directors and Commissioners in Bhakti Investama Group's subsidiaries such as PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk, PT Datakom Pratama, PT MNC Sky Vision (Indovision), and the latest as the President and CEO of PT Infokom Elektrindo. He has many valuable professional experiences in the field of IT, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunication, and Media industries. An active member in several organizations including as co-founder of the Indonesia Multimedia Association (Asosiasi Perusahaan Multimedia Indonesia-APMI) back in 2002. Graduated from Control Data Institute in Toronto, Canada, in 1979.

Thomas Hubbs
Mr. Hubbs is the Audit committee of the Company's Board.Thomas Hubbs has served on our board since February 2004. He is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bytemobile, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based mobile technology company, where he has worked since October 2001. From December 1995 to April 1998 and from October 1998 to August 2001, he worked at InterWave Communications International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: IWAV), a provider of wireless microcellular network equipment, most recently as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. From April 1998 to October 1998, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Walker Interactive Systems, Inc., a client-server/network computing application software developer. He has served on the Board of Directors of Celeritek, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLTK), DisCopy Labs, Inc., and Provista Software International, Inc. Mr. Hubbs graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Santa Clara.

Jun Wu
Jun Wu has served as a director since April 2001. From November 1999 until April 2003, Mr. Wu was the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Intrinsic Technology. Prior to 1999, he was the Chief Systems Architect for Sendit AB, a Swedish-based mobile messaging company that he co-founded, until October 1998 when Microsoft acquired the company. Mr. Wu received a first degree in Computer Science from the Imperial College of Science and Technology at the University of London.

Muliawan Guptha
Mr. Guptha as a Director of MNC since April 2008. He is also a Director of TPI since 2003. He served as Directors in PT Musik Televisi Indonesia since 2002, and Global TV since 2001.Mr. Guptha has been working with television broadcasting companies in Indonesia since 2001, namely PT Cipta TPI, PT Musik Televis Indonesia and PT Global Informasi Bermutu (each of which is affiliated with MNC), as their finance, technology and administration directors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Guptha spent several years in the banking and financial services industry in Indonesia. Mr. Guptha Earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahome in Norman, Oklahoma, USA.

Michael Li
Michael Li as the CEO of Linktone since April 2006. Prior to his appointment to the board of directors in February 2006, Mr. Li was Linktone's Chief Operating Officer from March 2003 to Apir 2006. Prior to his tenure at Linktone, Mr. Li was senior vice president of strategy and operations at Newpalm (China) Information Technology Ltd., a wireless value-added service provider in China. Before that, he served as an associate with Mercer Management Consulting and sales manager and director with IBM in China. Mr. Li holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Beijing University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
